BERTSCHAT®s Dual Heating line has been implemented in even more products. This newest version of our heated shirt includes even more heating zones so you can enjoy an even more intense warmth. Equipped with two powerful and USB rechargeable batteries, you can heat non-stop wherever you are.
Battery and mechanism
Three different battery options are available:
- Regular: This standard battery pack consists of two 3.000 mAh batteries. It allows you to heat for up to 8 hours*.
- Strong: The most popular battery pack contains two powerful 3.800 mAh batteries. The higher capacity allows you to heat for longer, with a maximum heating time of 10 hours*.
- Extreme: Do you want to be worry-free on the road and get the most out of your product? Then choose our most powerful battery pack. It contains 2 extremely powerful 4.000 mAh batteries that will provide your product with energy for up to 11 hours*.
*Heating duration is an estimate (based on one battery). The final heating duration depends on several factors, including the heat setting and ambient temperature. Activating both heating zones? Then the Dual Heating model uses twice as much energy, which reduces the heating duration.
Battery indicator: Want to know how much energy is left in your battery at all times? Then choose the option ‘with battery indicator’ from the drop-down menu. You can check the battery status at any time by pressing the on/off button on the device.
You can also choose to order an extra battery pack, so you can heat non-stop. The batteries are USB rechargeable, so that you can easily recharge them in your car/motorbike or on the road using a power bank.
Heating areas
The Dual Heating heated shirt now has six large heating areas. Two heating areas cover the upper back and two heating areas cover the upper chest. The remaining two heating areas are located on the upper arms.
Temperature regulation
The heated shirt can be set to three different heat settings low: (I), medium (II) and high (III). A simple press of a button turns the shirt on and switches between the heat settings. This allows you to adjust the shirt to the desired temperature at any time. On the highest setting and in optimal conditions, the generated heat can reach up to 68 °C. The heat effect is enhanced when an insulating layer is worn over it in the form of a jumper and/or jacket.
Suitable for:
The heated shirt is mostly used by (winter) athletes, hikers, outdoor workers and cyclists. The soft fabric makes it a very comfortable under layer over which a jersey or jacket can be worn.

Good to know:
Wearing heated clothing indoors allows you to turn down the thermostat. You no longer need to heat the entire room. This greatly benefits your energy bill.

If you want to use a washing machine, it's best to put the heated clothes in the BERTSCHAT® laundry bag first. Wash the clothes on a sensitive or wool wash program at 30 degrees. Do not put the clothes in the tumble dryer, only allow the vest to dry naturally and do not place it on the heater or any other heat source.
If you don’t use the clothes for a longer period of time, we recommend using the batteries with the clothes every 2 months until they are empty. Then charge the batteries until they are 100% full. Then use them until they are 50% to 75% full. Repeat this process every 2 months.
The heated underwear consists of 90% cotton, 5% polyester and 5% elastane. You can use this clothing as a first layer, directly on the skin. The clothes offers natural comfort, breathability and is perfect for everyday use.
