All orders are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, depending on the destination.

Battery life depends on the selected heat setting. On lower settings, the battery can last up to 8–10 hours, while higher settings provide more intense heat with a shorter duration.
