For repairs cases, please contact info@bertschat.com first, stating your order number. They will try to help you as quickly as possible. Because it concerns technical products, our specialists can often solve any issues remotely.
If you have a defect in your product, you can pre-register your product in the Repair Portal. After registration, you will receive a shipping label.
