This innovation originated from a real customer need. The origin of this innovation lies with the founder of BERTSCHAT®. Suffering from a severe form of Raynaud’s Syndrome, even mild cold conditions could quickly lead to numbness in the fingers. This raised a simple but crucial question: why isn’t the entire surface heated?
The result was the development of heating elements that cover a much larger area, creating a significantly improved heat experience. Today, Dual Heating is implemented across multiple product categories, including heated gloves, body warmers and heated jackets.
